Safety first – just as important now than ever

Hygiene and safety have always played an important role for us, even before the COVID pandemic hit. That’s why we’re able to react quickly and easily comply with distance and hygiene regulations – even country-specific rules or ever-changing procedures. On behalf of our clients, we will plan and coordinate with the relevant authorities, agencies, and institutions. Our TüV-certified safety experts manage every stage, from evaluation to design and acceptance.

As in the past, our systematic analysis, evaluations and checks highlight potential risks in the run-up to each event, whether it’s a conference, roadshow, art exhibition, trade fair, or outdoor event. We work closely with you to create a safety policy in which we analyze visitor structures, assess potential risks, and devise action plans to minimize them.

The health and safety of employees is, of course, just as important to us as protecting audiences or visitors. We identify hazards arising from the crew’s roles and responsibilities on the production floor and across all departments to develop health and safety procedures for the planned event.
