As a family-run company with a range of more than 12,000 products, Brillux is one of the leading full-service providers in the coatings and paints sector. POOLgroup has been working with the manufacturer for many years to organize their corporate events and award ceremonies – all designed to promote the corporate brand and values in convivial surroundings.

Brillux uses its events – anniversaries, awards, or forums – to highlight the company’s innovative spirit, craftsmanship, and close partnership with its customers. The aim is to always embed content in an environment that is aesthetically appealing and technically accurate.

Each occasion poses its own challenges – such as holding events in unusual locations such as the LWL Museum of Art and Culture, integrating digital formats or organizing anniversary celebrations with a large number of guests.

The POOLcrew has assumed various roles – sometimes acting on behalf of the Passepartout event agency (such as during the 125th corporate anniversary) or commissioned directly by Brillux. The range of services included:

• Technical consulting and planning, event design and content customization
• Audio, lighting, rigging, and media technology, IT
• Construction of stages and exhibition spaces & event management

A key focus is the Brillux Design Awards, with the POOLgroup providing technical and creative support since 2019. For the award ceremony at the LWL Museum of Art and Culture in Münster, the crew not only staged the presentation itself but also organized stage construction, projections, and lighting design to showcase the venue’s unique character.

The POOLgroup has also managed digital town hall meetings for the company as well as the Brillux Architects’ Forum. At the Content Studio Münster, the crew provided technical equipment for certain areas and ensured it integrated smoothly into existing systems.

From anniversary celebrations to digital events, guests and delegates have participated in a range of events that positioned Brillux as an innovative, forward-thinking company – each one conveying clear messaging in a compelling setting with seamless technical delivery.
