- Use the form to recommend someone as a new POOLcrew member.
- You will receive an email for the next step. Easy.
- The person you recommend applies and mentions your name. That last part is very important!
- If your referral joins the POOLcrew and is still employed after their agreed probationary period has ended, you will receive the bonus.

You can recommend candidates for all vacancies and apprenticeships posted online at [link] and [link].
Who is allowed to take part in ONEofUS?
You are eligible to participate in the ONEofUS reward program if you are a permanent employee of POOLgroup GmbH, who is not serving your notice period. Management and specialist members of staff who directly or indirectly make hiring decisions are excluded (as per the organizational chart: HR, managers, directors, management).
When does the referral need to be made?
Your referral of a new colleague will be accepted if it is submitted via the form within two weeks before or after the candidate’s application is received. If a candidate is recommended by several people, only the first referral received will be valid.
How will my referral be evaluated?
The person you recommend will go through the usual application process and will be hired or rejected as appropriate. Only HR decides whether someone is suitable and is hired. You are not responsible for the person you recommend and of course, there are no repercussions if they are not the right fit.
When will I receive the bonus?
The bonus of • €1,000 for any professional hired • €500 for any apprentice hired will be paid if the person you recommend is still employed by POOLgroup GmbH after their agreed probationary period has ended.
