With our pilot programme “ONE OF US”, we invite you to actively help us find suitable colleagues for the growth of our crew! As a thank you, you will receive a reward from us for every successful application process.

It’s very simple:

1. enter the name of the recommended person and your name in the following form and submit it.

2. at the same time, the person you have recommended applies directly via our career portal at www.pool.de/karriere for the relevant position or apprenticeship and refers to you in the application form under “Where did you find our job advert?”.

3. if the application is successful, we will contact the applicant and invite them to an interview. If the applicant is hired, we will pay the bonus with the monthly salary (under the conditions specified below and in the event of continued employment after the agreed probationary period). The bonuses are subject to wage tax and social security contributions.

Conditions:

1. the recruited employee must be employed by the company beyond the agreed probationary period.

2. the applicant must have an upright, non-terminated employment relationship with POOLgroup GmbH at the time of the recommendation.

3. the form below must be received by us promptly (within 2 weeks before or after the application of the recruited employee).

4. in accordance with the POOLgroup organisation chart, the areas of management, HR, directors and managers are excluded from the award.

5. the persons authorised to hire reserve the sole right to decide on the possible hiring of a candidate and are not obliged to hire recommended candidates. All applicants must go through the normal recruitment process.

6. if an applicant is recommended by different employees, the earliest recommendation will be considered.

7. the “ONE OF US” programme is valid until revoked by the management of POOLgroup GmbH. The date of receipt of the application and submission of the form below is decisive for participation.

How do I find out what is being searched for?

How can the person I have in mind apply to us?

If a job offer matches the candidate, he or she can apply directly at www.pool.de/karriere and enter your name in the online application form. Don’t forget to enter the name of the candidate and your name on the ONE OF US website and send it off.

How do I receive my premium?

If the candidate starts with us after a successful application, we will transfer the corresponding bonus with your monthly salary after 6 months following the end of their probationary period.

Do I take responsibility for the applicant I have recommended or recruited?

No, by no means. We are grateful for the referral of potential candidates and take over the selection and application process. This means that the decision on whether to hire a candidate lies solely with the colleagues involved in the application process and no conclusions are drawn about the person who recruited the new employee.

Who can take part in the “ONE OF US” rewards programme?

Every POOLgroup employee can recruit potential new colleagues for every location and every advertised position. Excluded from the award are employees from the HR department, heads of department (insofar as they recruit employees for their own area of responsibility) and managing directors as well as members of the Executive Board.

I have an interested potential candidate who does not fit an advertised position. Can I still recommend this person and thus participate in the “ONE OF US” bonus programme?

Will I receive my bonus for a recruited employee if I have been dismissed during his or her probationary period or have resigned myself?

No, the bonus is only paid to employees who are employed by the POOLgroup during the end of the probationary period of the recruited employee.
