Daimler AG regularly presents its new vehicle fleet to major customers at several events in Germany and Austria.

Briefing

The presentation of the vehicles should be embedded in a varied, relaxed program and perceived by visitors as a special product and brand experience that does justice to the high quality of the products presented.
The focus is on expanding personal contact between the fleet customers and their key account manager and the emotional bond with the brand.

Job

Whether in the dunes of the North Sea island of Sylt or in the mountainous snowy landscape of Saalfelden in Austria – the locations of the fleet events were always chosen in a way that the shows could take place in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
However, the product presentation itself was characterized by absolute dynamism. Last but not least, the elaborate optical staging ensured: Spectacular pyrotechnics and multi-colored light choreography underlined the impressive appearance of the new vehicles.

Casual evening events in a „living room atmosphere“ set a relaxed conclusion and counterpoint. Experts provided the most important information in short lectures and there was still plenty of opportunity for personal exchange at the dinner.

Result

POOLgroup ensured that the events ran smoothly and, with the technical staging, designed the dramatic highlight of the presentations.
POOLgroup created a relaxed and communicative atmosphere at the event location through the stylish, unobtrusive furnishing of the rooms. All design elements were embedded in a coherent overall concept and thus formed a uniform appearance, regardless of the locations.
